Reporting

Tap Report this page on a share page, or Report this session in Watch Together or Live Challenge, or email feedback@kessen.co.uk with the link or session code and what is wrong. We aim to look at every report within 7 days, and sooner for anything illegal or that could harm a child. We remove what breaks these rules, for example by deleting the share link or session.

Complaints and appeals

If you think we got a decision wrong, email feedback@kessen.co.uk and we will look again and reply. See also the privacy policy.
